Special Jungle Trek 5 Days

DAY ONE

Trek starts after breakfast between 8 – 9 am. We trek 6 – 7 hours into the jungle meeting wild orangutans, discovering medicinal plants and learning about their use.

During the trip your guide will explain you all about flora and fauna.

At the first break your guide will reserve you tropical fruits to recharge your energy back.

Around noon there is a short break for lunch in the jungle, with the rest of the trek continue after lunch. We will arrive at the camp around 3 pm, where we will relax, take a shower by a small stream, and eat dinner.

DAY TWO

The trek start after breakfast around 9-10 am. The trek is around 4-5 hours into the jungle looking for orangutans and other animals. The rest of the trek continues after lunch.

 We will  reach the second camp and stay by the small stream.

 DAY THREE

On day 3 is similar, we will take a different route to another camp.At the same time, compared to the shorter treks, you have more chances to see rare animals.

Around 1 – 2 PM we stop for the lunch.

Another approximately 2 hours walk to the campsite (different from the previous day).

Evening program same as the previous day.

DAY FOUR

On the fourth day we follow the river flow and the destination is to camp on the last day. If you are very lucky you can see wild deer and other wild animals in a very rich ecosystem habitat. If you are very lucky you can see Sumatran elephants and Sumatran tigers as the king of the jungle.

DAY FIVE

After your last jungle lunch, you are ready for a fun and refreshing 2 hour river ride with our jungle taxi which will bring you back to your hotel in Bukit Lawang
